Position Overview

Total Systems Solutions Consulting Inc. is in search of experienced Senior ServiceNow Service Catalog Consultants specializing in Configuration and Implementation. This role is tailored for professionals eager to contribute to a transformative project aimed at enhancing IT service management for a public sector client.

Role Responsibilities

The selected consultants will engage in a comprehensive transformation initiative focused on IT service management operations. This project encompasses the deployment of a cloud-based IT service management tool, facilitating a superior customer experience and supporting the success of government programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configuring and managing Service Request workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align Service Catalog processes with broader IT and business strategies.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Catalog and Service Request Management.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and portals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

ServiceNow Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's Service Catalog and Request Management modules.
  • Experience in integrating Service Catalog with other ServiceNow modules.

Client Engagement:

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex configurations into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
