TrustedQA, Inc. is in search of a skilled Identity and Access Management (IdAM) System Administrator to support our critical operations. The System Administrator will be responsible for the integration, installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of identity and authentication components within our IT infrastructure, including but not limited to Active Directory, Domain Name System, Group Policy Objects, and various server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues within the operational environment.
- Apply necessary security patches and perform operating system upgrades to uphold the security and integrity of our systems.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for all enterprise changes and perform daily system checks to confirm the functionality of domain controllers.
- Monitor and maintain the health and integrity of the Enterprise Domain Controllers, Job Servers, Web Servers, and Active Directory Servers.
- Administer and manage Active Directory tasks, including forest updates, foundational data updates, backup/restoration, and configuration management.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, accompanied by a BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, maintaining, and deleting Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Experience in managing internal and external Domain Name Service (DNS), including the modification of DNS records and Active Directory sites and services.
- Capability to provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for Active Directory and replication issues.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $83,279.09 USD – $96,673.03 USD, with consideration given to various factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skills.
