Exciting Opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator

Peninsula Employment Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for administering our Salesforce CRM environment, ensuring seamless user experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Salesforce CRM environment, including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards.
  • Investigate and resolve production problems, collaborating with SF Support.
  • Create documentation, cookbooks, and training material for support groups.
  • Provide ongoing Salesforce platform support and collaborate on enhancements.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and help with end-to-end testing of the platform.
  • Use Jira to log and track projects and Salesforce support issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Advanced Admin.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data management tools like Data Loader.
  • Experience with AppExchange installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Prior development and APEX experience is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box to complete tasks and objectives.
  • Experience managing reporting and dashboards for multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with DocuSign and Nintex for document generation through Salesforce workflows.
