About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at A1 PAINTING LTD. as a key member of our interior finishing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless finish.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Task Execution: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting high standards of quality.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Demonstrate hand-eye coordination to handle painting tools and materials effectively.
  • Color Perception: Possess the ability to distinguish between colors to provide accurate color recommendations.
  • Physical Abilities: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling, with the ability to work at heights.
