Job Summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Patrol to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our road maintenance and repair activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on roads, highways, and other infrastructure.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance and repair goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a road maintenance or construction environment.
  • Valid Ontario Class DZ Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The position requires frequent exposure to outdoor environments and may involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
