Job Title: Knowledge Synthesis Centre Research Librarian

Job Summary:

The University of Northern British Columbia is seeking a highly skilled Research Librarian to join our team in the Geoffrey R. Weller Library. As a key member of the Knowledge Synthesis Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting and undertaking activities that integrate health literature and consolidate information to answer health-focused questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic leadership for non-UNBC faculty-led or partnered projects contracted to the KS Centre by external partners.
  • Support the KS Centre Research Associate in advancing knowledge synthesis approaches and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Schools of Nursing and Health Sciences within the Faculty of Human and Health Sciences.
  • Develop and deliver information literacy instruction, collection development, and in-person and online research help services.
