- Manage various administrative tasks within the organization.
- Coordinate and strategize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain oversight of inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative operations.
- Plan and monitor budgetary allocations and expenditures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and WordPress.
- Project management expertise is preferred.
- Possession of personal transportation is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Comprehensive dental and health care plans.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
