Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining rooms and kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
