Position Overview

The Senior Associate in Private Banking plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing tailored banking solutions and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Welcome clients and facilitate their interactions with the appropriate team members. Address client inquiries promptly while ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a professional environment.
  • Transactional Support: Assist clients with various banking transactions, including payments and currency exchanges. Manage requests efficiently to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Sales and Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote CIBC products and services, achieving established sales targets while enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Management: Support Private Banking Advisors by reviewing client portfolios and providing insights to optimize their financial strategies.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist in organizing marketing initiatives and maintaining updated materials for client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for managing client accounts and transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking software is required.
