Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2276794 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
