Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a strong commitment to world-class customer service, delivering a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed all financial plans, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Execute sales events plans, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain planograms, ensuring optimal merchandise presentation and sales.
  • Maintain all standards of cleanliness and safe work practices, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Staff the departments with service-oriented Outfitters, participating in interviewing and selection, coordinating training, reviewing and evaluating team member performance, preparing weekly work schedules, coaching and motivating Outfitters to promote positive customer relations and a productive team-oriented work environment.
  • Resolve customer and Outfitter issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Carry out management functions in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management with responsibility for sales and merchandising.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to read and analyze relevant reports and data.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to understand a variety of other financial, compliance, workplace safety and/or technical information.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from others.
  • Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Strong knowledge of/ability to learn with various office technology and software applications which relate to a retail business.
  • Ability to obtain a Possession and Acquisition License (
