As a Local Strategy Advisor, you will embody Crimson Global Academy's mission by making a significant impact on students' lives. You will help bridge the gap between their current circumstances and future aspirations by crafting tailored strategies that serve as the foundation for their academic, extracurricular, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:Service Excellence
- Develop comprehensive admissions strategies for both Regular and VIP students by designing personalized plans and collaborating with the broader Crimson team (including Student Success Managers and Academic Tutors).
- Conduct regular meetings with clients (both virtually and face-to-face) to deliver exceptional service, utilizing communication platforms as needed.
- Maintain an expert understanding of high school curricula, extracurricular activities, leadership opportunities, summer programs, and standardized testing to provide informed recommendations on admissions strategies.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of higher education institutions to guide students and families toward realistic academic goals, assisting them in creating lists of suitable schools with varying levels of competitiveness to enhance acceptance prospects.
- Ensure consistent communication with VIP students and their families outside of formal sessions through various channels.
Expertise Development
- Share your existing knowledge and experience with the team.
- Pursue further expertise by:
- Developing specialized knowledge or skills related to strategic planning.

Contributions to Strategy Team
- Collaborate with your manager to identify the best ways to share your expertise and contribute to the team, which may include:

Interdepartmental Collaboration
