Job Title: Structural Steel Erector

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Erector to join our team at 4S Scaffolding Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to construction sites.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Dismantle metal, pre-cast concrete, or laminated timber buildings and other structures as required.
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures.
  • Unload and position steel units for hoisting and installation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in structural steel erection and installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability.
