Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and gross profit through effective inventory control, pricing, and signage of carvery products.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the safety and sanitation of production and back room areas, adhering to Company Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with company food safety standards, regulations, and audits.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing courteous customer relations.
  • Interpret and administer Company policy, ensuring compliance with the Collective Agreement.
  • Lead a team of food production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals and budgets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in food production, preferably in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Previous managerial experience and knowledge of production schedules is a definite asset.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
