At Realtrustia Property Management, we are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Additionally, the Financial Administrator will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software, including Quick Books, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
