About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Adiuvo Consulting Inc. as a Digital Solutions Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Design and develop interactive media software products, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Flash, and Shockwave.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the Website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Create and optimize content for the Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
  • Research and evaluate various interactive media software products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in web development, digital solutions design, or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
