Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at Nectar Yoga Ltd., you will play a vital role in overseeing our culinary operations. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Compile food order summaries for the culinary team
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
