Restaurant Operations Manager

Rickys all Day grill and Famoso Pizzeria is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect staff and customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
