Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions.
- Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and treatments.
- Document residents' health status and care provided.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
- Updated immunization records, including completion of a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months.
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis-resolution skills.
- Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable car.
- Ability to use phone applications.
- Submission of proof of two COVID vaccinations.
- TB test completed within 6 months to a year.
- Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification.
