We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
    • Arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and/or refugees
    • Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and storage
    • Support social and labour market integration through access to community resources, language training, and skills training
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train or equivalent experience
