Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and support the execution of work across the organization by actively assisting the leadership team in every aspect of the employee life cycle.
- Consult with and advise our leadership team on performance-related issues, aligning with our corporate values and supporting our business strategy.
- Work alongside the leadership team in your assigned portfolio to ensure that all processes are followed, recommendations are well researched, and contribute positively to the desired culture of the organization while mitigating risk.
- Minimum 5 years' working in Human Resources in a business partner or advisor capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $76,210 - $101,610 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target.
