Job Title: Registered Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Symmetry Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sports therapy, orthopedics, and manipulative therapy. You will be responsible for administering evaluative tests, assessing patients' physical abilities, and planning physiotherapy programs. You will also be required to maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, and teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities
  • Plan physiotherapy programs to meet the needs of patients
  • Maintain clinical and progress reports to track patient progress
  • Confer with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients to promote independence and recovery
Requirements:
  • Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT)
  • Gunn IMS (intramuscular stimulation) certified
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
