DRB CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team. As a Construction Trades Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as demolishing buildings and cleaning and piling salvaged materials. You will also be responsible for removing rubble and other debris at construction sites. Additionally, you will support newcomers and refugees by recruiting and training them, and offer on-the-job training tailored to youth. You will also provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers. This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
