About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team at Reflex Physiotherapy. As a Kinesiologist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Education and Awareness: Provide education and awareness to clients on health promotion, injury prevention, management, and treatment.
  • Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans, analyzing patient progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Program Design: Design specialized therapy programs to maintain, rehabilitate, or enhance movement, musculoskeletal functioning, and performance in sports, work, and recreation.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software.
  • Specialization and Experience: Possess experience in the green economy sector and specialization in athletic therapy, dance therapy, movement therapy, or recreational therapy.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, ability to walk, stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, interpersonal awareness, and organized behavior as a team player.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
