Crisis Management Services Counsellor (Critical Incident Response)

Position Summary:
We are in search of a qualified crisis management professional to offer trauma response and crisis management services on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional on-site crisis management services
- Facilitate individual and group crisis interventions as required
- Work collaboratively with Crisis Management Services Managers and maintain accurate documentation of services rendered
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in crisis management
- Certification in trauma response and crisis intervention
- Exceptional assessment and customer service abilities
- Availability for after-hours crisis responses
- Possession of professional liability insurance
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in French is considered an asset
