- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
