We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at InfinityEdge Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
- Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
