Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at InfinityEdge Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
