About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Furniture Installer to join our team at Sueland Moving & Storage Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install office furniture and equipment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment of furniture.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including steel-toed safety boots, to complete installations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
