Position Overview:
The selected individual will be responsible for delivering instruction in English Language Arts, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, and additional subjects outlined in the Alberta Education Programs of Study.

Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor of Education degree is mandatory.
- Alignment with the educational vision and mission of the Fort McMurray Islamic School.
- A focus on child-centered teaching methodologies and fostering positive teacher-student interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective classroom management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the curriculum with teaching experience in Division 1 or Division 2.
- Demonstrated work ethic and openness to innovative programs and initiatives.
- Commitment to supporting key district initiatives, including promoting a healthy and active school environment, achieving high academic standards, and encouraging environmental stewardship.
- Ability to create and execute individualized program plans for students with special needs.
- Willingness to implement differentiated instruction and respond to intervention strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology as a teaching resource.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Information:
Applicants must possess an Alberta Teaching Certificate and demonstrate knowledge of the curriculum along with relevant teaching experience at the specified levels and subjects, alongside proven interpersonal and classroom management capabilities.
