Key Responsibilities- Estimating and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and develop detailed project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations, and that workers are aware of and follow safety protocols.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed, and ensure that they are delivered to the construction site on time.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to health and safety.
