    • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Provide training and guidance to team members on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, technologies, and industry standards to ensure the team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
    • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
    • Proven experience in leading a team of quality assurance engineers and managing testing projects.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues.
    • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium/Java, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, system integration, and data migration testing.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
