As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality painting services that meet our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, priming, sanding, and selecting appropriate materials and colors.
  • Apply paint using various tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
  • Conduct graffiti removal from both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Focus on turnover painting in residential suites and perform touch-ups in common areas.
  • Assist the renovation team with suite renovations and other projects as needed.
  • Complete work orders and documentation using our property management software.
  • Participate in community meetings and stay updated on on-site initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; additional education is a plus.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a professional painting role.
  • Proficient knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Experience in carpentry and renovations is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Security clearance may be necessary upon employment offer.
