Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that warehouse operations are meeting established standards.
  • Lead the stores and procurement department, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
  • Maintain consumables inventory, including min/max management.
  • Coordinate consumable procurement activities based on planned inventory replenishment.
  • Coordinate the process of rotable equipment overhaul and replacement.
  • Apply Continuous Improvement (CI) to warehouse processes.
  • Facilitate physical inventory counts and valuations.
  • Determine root causes of inventory inaccuracies and implement preventative actions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in relevant logistics operations, or Military Supply / Traffic Technician.
  • Capable of successfully completing the SAP SP1 Course (to be provided).
  • Capable of successfully completing the PAL FWSAR on-boarding training (to be provided).
  • Strong communication skills with particular emphasis on oral and written English.
  • Capable of successfully obtaining Level II – Secret clearance.
  • Capable of successfully obtaining ITAR / CCG clearance.
