Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Finance to join our team at TEEMA. As a key member of our Application Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional SAP functional and technical guidance and support in SAP Finance modules, implementing process improvements and integration, and leading the requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of core technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business user community to provide SAP functional and technical guidance and support in SAP Finance modules.
  • Implement process improvements and integration to facilitate SAP utilization.
  • Lead the requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of core technology solutions.
  • Provide support and enhancement of existing business applications, leveraging solid application architecture and development principles for an SAP environment.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to support testing, training, process documentation, and Go-live support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the SAP field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior system analyst role in SAP FICO, MM (Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders) and BPC (Business Planning) implementation and support.
  • Experience in S4 HANA implementation.
  • SAP FICO certification highly recommended.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies related to Finance, Payroll, and HR (SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with finance operations, including AR, AP, banking, capital management, asset management, financial accounting, cost accounting, tax, profitability analysis, and reporting systems.
