We are seeking a skilled Physician PRN Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments of patients to determine the best course of treatment.
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain clinical core competency through ongoing education and training.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
- Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace assessments.
- Regularly communicate with client representatives to ensure seamless care coordination.
- In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure Concentra's mission is achieved.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience, demonstrating compassion and warmth in all interactions.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
