Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Landmark Building Maintenance Corporation. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfecting and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our cleaning goals.
