Job Title: Physiotherapist

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Richmond Hospital.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to provide physiotherapy services to enable clients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. The successful candidate will work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments, develop and implement intervention strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients, including assessments, goal setting, and intervention planning
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Contribute to the organization and delivery of physiotherapy services, including quality assurance initiatives and education
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
  • Eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)
  • Broad knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a client and family-centred model of care
  • Basic knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to designated clinical areas
