- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field.
- Engage with newcomers and refugees affected by conflict or natural disasters.
- Assist with the recognition of foreign credentials.
- Provide mentorship programs pairing newcomers with seasoned employees.
- Facilitate diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Offer mentorship and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Build relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
