Job Summary

THREE BROTHERS TRANSPORT INC. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, ensuring efficient delivery times and minimizing delays.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of vehicle condition and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement, Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often away from home for extended periods. You will be required to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
