Join Our Team as a Director of Engineering

At Fullscript, we're on a mission to make optimal care easy for everyone. Our care delivery platform empowers health practitioners to design personalized health plans, provide support and education tools, and effortlessly prescribe and manage healthcare's best supplements.

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to help us continue to build world-class tools for our doctors and medical professionals. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for our engineering pods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision
  • Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates
  • Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work
  • Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application
  • Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale
What We're Looking For
  • Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing applications
  • Experience leading and growing other technical leaders
  • Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders
  • You've worked in a continuous integration environment
  • You've worked in e-commerce or the health-tech sector
