  • Job Type: Long Term | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collect and analyze data to complete thorough assessments and installations
  • Read and interpret electrical architectural drawings and specifications to assemble and install conduits and other electrical components
  • Install and maintain distribution and control equipment, such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, and fuse enclosures
  • Install, replace, and repair related electrical equipment, including data wiring and solar PV modules
  • Test circuits to ensure integrity and safety
  • Install and maintain renewable power sources and related equipment
  • Program and configure monitoring systems for solar PV, electric vehicle charging stations, and LED lighting
  • Submit daily safety reports and project-related documentation
  • Mentor and train apprentices, ensuring they follow and implement safety procedures during installations

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Journeyman ticket and Red Seal Electrician certification
  • Comfortable working outdoors and physically fit
  • Experience leading a team and familiar with newer technology and programming
