Position Overview

Role: FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER

Location: Montreal, QC, CA

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess the requirements of the creative team and collaborate with the project manager to estimate workloads.
  2. Design and execute online marketing initiatives, including banners and newsletters utilizing HTML5.
  3. Create both static and animated banners that meet the specifications of various media platforms (e.g., DoubleClick, Sizmek, AdGear).
  4. Enhance code efficiency through optimization techniques such as compression, load time reduction, and cache management.
  5. Offer technical assistance to the creative team throughout the design phase.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Possession of a diploma in multimedia or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficient understanding of animation libraries (e.g., GreenSock, Zepto).
  4. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working quickly.
  6. Self-motivated, independent, and adept at multitasking.
  7. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
