We are seeking a skilled Oyster Shucker to join our team at Jake's Grill & Oyster House in Burlington. As an Oyster Shucker, you will be responsible for shucking oysters at the bar, preparing drinks for servers, and maintaining bar cleanliness throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Shuck oysters at the bar, ensuring high-quality and efficient service
- Prepare drinks for servers on our service bar, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain bar cleanliness throughout your shift, adhering to health and safety standards
- Smart Serve Certification (can be achieved within the first 3 months of employment)
- Oyster shucking experience is an asset, but not required
- Serving/bartending experience is an asset, and we are willing to train
