About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Ram Plastics Inc. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet specific tolerances.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerances.
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts.
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of computer-controlled machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
