About the Job

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hilltop House in Squamish, BC.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality care to our clients in a long-term care setting. As an LPN at Vancouver Coastal Health, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform full scope of practical nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes
  • Work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary care team to provide care to clients with unpredictable outcomes
  • Maintain and advance clinical competence pursuant to the standards of practice of BCCNM for Licensed Practical Nurses
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
