Responsibilities

  • Ensure our guests have an exceptional experience at Mandy's
  • Create a great first impression for guests by greeting, guiding them through their order, and directing them to the counter;
  • Ensure orders are correctly entered into the point of sale (POS) and transmitted to the kitchen;
  • Process payments, work the cash register, work your smile;
  • Deliver orders to clients / bring orders to their table;
  • Keep the restaurant's front area clean: from merchandising to cleaning tables and general maintenance;
  • Respect hygiene and safety standards;
  • All related tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • French required
  • Ability to work efficiently during peak periods;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work standing for long periods;
  • You are naturally smiling, energetic, and motivated
  • Experience in the restaurant and/or retail industry (asset)
