About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Prism Construction Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis: Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cost Control and Compliance: Develop and maintain cost control procedures, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including income tax returns and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Sage Accounting Software.
