  • Prepare and cook meals according to client scheduling and menu plans, adhering to budget guidelines.

  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food service operations.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Manager to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences.
  • Adhere to all relevant Dexterra Group policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Production cooking experience, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
