Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 workers
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Material Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Communication
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
    • Prepare bids and proposals for new projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
