Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the integration of our enterprise-grade conversational AI experience. As a member of our implementation team, you will work closely with our principal solutions architect and be the technical face of the team, leading clients through the entire implementation cycle of Virtual Agents on third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their system architecture and scope out technical requirements for building conversational AI experiences.
  • Build prototypes of proposed technical solutions and API integrations with backend systems.
  • Provide technical support to our internal optimization team to implement complex transactional use cases for Virtual Agents.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Drive best practices, architectural assessments, and work breakdown with client services teams.
  • Lead technical sessions with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers and stakeholders while demonstrating mastery of the technical domain.
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical or mathematical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical experience in professional services and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Good knowledge of modern Web frameworks, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience working on enterprise deployments involving multiple vendors.
  • Experience in end-to-end deployment of chatbots built on Microsoft Bot platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agent, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data pipeline, and comfortable with writing code for custom actions.
